Today has been relaxing so far. The counselor from Rehab Without Walls came this morning and OT is coming later this afternoon. Lunch with Lucy will be sandwiched in between therapy today.

Yesterday was a great day. Dana and Shauna both came over for a visit. It was nice to see them. We went to the late service at church. Pastor Mark talked about our visit and Pastor Adam invited the whole church to come and pray for us after the service. The group of people that actually prayed for us was huge! It was made up of people that I knew and lots of people that I had never met or talked to before. It was really nice and made me feel loved, cared for, and that there are a lot of people pulling for me.

That's all for now!

  2. Hi Fonze,
I have been wanting to call you lately and just haven't yet. I got your message the other day... with the Paco Pico song...put a huge smile on my face. I just wanted to let you know that I am always thinking about you. I Love you lots and miss you just as much. Hope things are going well at home and with your therapies there. Glad that you got to go to church again and pray with all those people!!! That would have been marvelous to be a part of. Still saying my prayers for you, Josh and your Mom.

    Giant hugs,

    Melissa

  3. Hi Ang,

I'm glad you had such a great day. I felt so honored to know and to have seen God's hand over the past few months through you guys. And as was a lot of the 9am, in tears to God's goodness, as Pastor Mark talked about it. You are in our thoughts and prayers often.

    Loves,
    Paul, Jen & Niko

I wanted to tell you all about a website that may be of use to you: www.lotsahelpinghands.com It allows you to post all kinds of needs from meals to rides to appointments or the store! You set up what the tasks are and send it out to your "fans" and they sign up do to whatever, whenever they can! We've been using it for new moms, high risk pregnancies as well as cancer patients! It's been a huge blessing!
    Love you loads!!!
    Hugs!

  5. Just heard of your accident via Pastor Mark's sermon, and recognized you as my kids' sunday school teacher when we were still at West Seattle!

Our family will continue to pray for your recovery, Angela. Blessings to you.
